For each prompt you get your rank among all detected brands and your mention rate, plus whether you’re Winning, Contested, Losing, or Invisible.
What a rank looks like
TrackGPT uses rank-first labeling. Rank is your position among every brand ChatGPT detected for a prompt (not just the ones you track), ordered by how often each is mentioned. If ChatGPT names you second, in 68% of the last week’s samples, the prompt reads #2 · 68%. A prompt where you never appear reads — · 0% in gray. Invisibility gets a color because it’s a gap you can close, not a failure to hide.
Every rank drills down to receipts: the exact ChatGPT answer, your brand and rivals highlighted, the sample count, and the date. No metric floats without its proof.
